SHIPPING, PAYMENT & YOUR PRIVACY
Payments
All prices are in American dollars. Canadian customers may pay in $Cad using current exchange rates as calculated by the currency converter at www(dot)xe.com. Or if you would prefer, email me and I will send you a paypal invoice in Canadian dollars.
My shopping cart is powered by Paypal, where I am able to accept payment by all major credit cards or by bank transfer. Paypal is secure, easy to use and free, there is no cost to you the customer to use this service. I do not receive your personal information (other than shipping address) from paypal.
Other methods of payment accepted:
All purchases outside of Canada must be paid for using Paypal. Please email for details if you are in Canada and wish to pay using a method other than Paypal. Money Orders or personal cheques are accepted from Canadian customers. Please allow 10-14 business days for clearance before your purchase is mailed if you are paying by cheque.
Shipping/Handling
The shipping cost within Canada or to the United States is $6.50 for the first item, any other items shipped in the same parcel ride for free. Return customers always receive free shipping!
If outside Canada or the US, please email for shipping costs. Generally, overseas/international shipping costs are $15.95 for a package up to 500g, and are sent via small packet air mail. Please be aware that even this may take up to 4 or more weeks to arrive at some International destinations. Customers from Spain or France must email for shipping costs as special shipping requirements and costs apply to those countries.
Purchases are handled in a very timely manner. Items are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. If your purchase requires and adjustment in size, there may be a delay of 1-2 days in shipping. All jewelry will arrive artfully packaged in my signature ribbon wrapped gift box ....ready to give as a gift or simply as a treat for yourself! Return/Refund Policy
I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of my work and want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewels. Should an item not meet your expectations, you may return it (postmarked within 3 days of receipt) for a refund. If you have purchased an item as a gift, and it does not suit the intended recipient, but does require more time than the 3 days of receipt policy allows, it may be returned for a credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A return authorization number (RA#) is required for any returns, please email me through the contact link in the top menu for one. An item must be in original, unused condition with any and all tags attached, and must be returned in the original gift box/shipping materials along with any receipts or certificates of authenticity originally included with the item. Please be sure to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation for your return, as I cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured returns.
My pieces are constructed for a lifetime of wear. In the case of breakage or damage that occurs through normal wear, please contact me. I will repair or replace your piece. If, in the unlikely case a piece needs to be repaired, materials may have to be substituted due to the unique nature and/or rarity of some of the components used in my designs.
Mailing List and Privacy Policy
Should you wish to sign up for my mailing list, please use the link in the bottom menu. The mailing list will only be used for occasional news and sale announcements. Normally, emails are sent once every 4 to 6 weeks, and will always include at least one discount special or sale item available ONLY to subscribers of my newsletter.
All personal and contact information you share with me will remain confidential and WILL NOT be sold, traded or shared in any way with any other persons, organizations or companies.
